Salt is added at 1260°C, which combines with the clay to create the unique textured glaze surface, in a process that dates back to the 14th century.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis technique is complemented by a blue\/green chun glaze from an ancient Chinese recipe (Sung period).
